About Getstenix
What is Getstenix?
Getstenix is an adaptive training system designed to help you build strength, muscle, and endurance through calisthenics-based training. It is not a fixed program, but a system that adjusts based on your performance, progress, and recovery. Built by a World Champion in calisthenics and tested by hundreds of athletes, Getstenix focuses on long-term results, smart progression, and sustainable training.
What makes Getstenix different from other training programs?
Getstenix is not a one-size-fits-all program. Unlike traditional programs that give everyone the same routine, Getstenix adapts to Your strength level, Your performance, Your progress over time No two athletes follow the same program. Every plan evolves based on how your body responds to training. The goal is long-term development, not short-term results.
Who is Getstenix for?
Getstenix is designed for Beginners, Intermediate trainees Advanced athletes. The system adapts to your level, so you’re always training at the right intensity for your body and goals.
Training & Program Structure
How many days per week do I train?
You choose how many days per week you want to train. Getstenix allows you to train 3, 4, or 5 days per week, based on your schedule, recovery ability, and personal preference. The entire program adapts around the number of days you select to ensure optimal progress.
Is the program unisex?
No. Getstenix is currently a male-centered training system, built around male performance data, progression models, and training demands. A dedicated female program will be added in the future, designed specifically around female physiology, goals, and progression needs.
Can two people get the same program?
No. It is practically impossible for two people to have the exact same strength level across all movements. Even if two athletes start at a similar level, they will not progress at the same pace. Because of this, you will never see duplicate programs in Getstenix. Each program adapts based on performance, progression, and recovery response, making every program unique to the individual.
How are the programs personalized?
At the start, you receive only one training week. This allows the system to understand your real level instead of making assumptions. Each week, you enter simple performance inputs. Based on these inputs, your next week is adjusted to match your strength, recovery, and progress speed. This ensures your training evolves with you.
What movements are included in Getstenix?
Getstenix is built around six main movement pillars Pull-ups, Dips, Push-ups, Muscle-ups, Core movements, Leg movements, Each movement has its own progression system. If a movement is too difficult, easier variations are used. As you get stronger, the system increases difficulty through progressions and added weights to ensure continuous improvement.
Does the program have an expiry date?
Yes, but it is designed for your benefit, not for limitation. The program duration is set to a maximum of 20 weeks, which is already more than enough time for the majority of users. Most athletes usually complete their program within 10 to 12 weeks. The expiry exists because your strength level and capacity change over time. The system is designed so you don’t stay locked into a program that no longer matches your level.
How is the 10-week program designed?
The program follows a simple 10-week structure to make sure you progress properly and recover well. Week 1: A general preparation week to condition your body and prepare you for the actual training cycle. Weeks 2 to 9: The main training phase where you build strength and improve performance. Week 10: A deload week to reduce fatigue and prepare your body for the next phase. This structure helps you progress consistently without overtraining.
Can complete beginners start from zero?
Yes. Getstenix is fully adaptive, which means it does not assume any prior experience or strength level. If you are a complete beginner, the system starts you with the appropriate progressions and gradually builds your strength over time. You are never expected to perform movements you are not ready for. The program meets you at your level and progresses with you.

What is the main goal of Getstenix?
The main goal is Building muscle and strength, The secondary goal is Improving endurance and overall athletic performance. The system is designed for long-term development, not short-term transformations.
Do I need gym equipment to train?
You can train either at home or in the gym. To follow the program properly, you need access to a pull-up bar, Dip bars, Weight plates or external weights. Getstenix is built around progressive overload. This means having access to external weights is necessary to continue progressing and to follow the program as designed.
Is coaching and support included?
Yes. Getstenix includes full coaching support direct communication, Voice notes, Video feedback when needed. All support is provided directly by Hassan Badran.
How long does it take to receive my program?
After you complete your assessment, you choose your program start date inside the app. To ensure accuracy and proper planning, your start date must be at least 3 days after you complete the assessment (so Hassan can review and plan your program properly) No more than 3 weeks after you complete the assessment (to keep the assessment results accurate) Once your start date is confirmed, your first training week is prepared and you begin on that date.
